Here's how it works.

For the purchase price, you (or your institution) are purchasing a license to archive our digital library. It will come to you as a file of individual Word documents, in which are embedded hyperlinks to the audio downloads.

Under the licensing agreement, you are entitled to:

bulletunlimited downloads of anything in the library
bulletdownload and store our digital media on your computer or server
bulletcopy and distribute the recordings, at no charge, to your students
bulletreceive materials about this acquisition so that you can inform your students and encourage them to use the resource at no charge
bulletreceive a one-year subscription containing updates to the collection as new audios are added, and old listings are upgraded or replaced
bulletrenew your subscription each year for $49

Under the licensing agreement, you must:

bulletagree to abide by our Copyright and Terms of Use statements
bulletcomplete and return, via email or US Mail, a simple Usage Audit Report, to be submitted annually
bulletagree to be listed as a Subscribing Institution or Private Teacher on our website.  Links back to your admissions website or studio webpage will be provided, if desired.

Under the licensing agreement, you MUST NOT:

bulletrepublish download pages for profit
bulletcopy and/or distribute the recordings for re-sale and/or profit
